Privacy notice

This notice, provided under articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), describes how we process the personal data of visitors to this site and users of the Sunset platform.

Data controller

Data collected through the site

The site uses no profiling cookies and hosts no advertising. When you fill in the contact form we collect: full name, organization, email address, plan of interest (if any) and the message you write. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). The data is used exclusively to reply and prepare a proposal; it is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact.

Data processed in the platform

For platform accounts we process registration data (email, name, organization) to provide the service (art. 6.1.b GDPR). For questionnaire responses collected by our customers, the data controller is the customer who created the questionnaire: Sunset acts as data processor under art. 28 GDPR, on the basis of a data processing agreement (DPA).

Where the data is

All data is stored and processed within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). We do not transfer personal data to third countries.

Data-subject rights

You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, use the site’s contact form.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit, role-based access control, activity log, per-organization data isolation, backups managed in the same European region.
